Our estate planning services are provided to assist clients to preserve assets, prepare for retirement years, provide for personal and medical care, address and minimize the impact of gift and estate taxes, and assure distribution of assets in the desired manner through gifts, bequests, and charitable contributions. We also provide complete legal services to assist the Personal Representative (executor) of an estate throughout the sometimes tedious probate process. In addition to the preparation of all of the necessary documents to open, administer and closing the estate, we coordinate with the Register of Wills the necessary documents for submissions to the Orphan’s Court for approval to distribute the assets according to the terms of the Will as expeditiously as possible.
