Below is a sample of successful resolutions:

Client owed $35,000, negotiated a payment plan of $112 a month.

IRS claimed taxpayer owed over 7 million in back taxes.  Submitted new tax returns and was able to generate a tax refund for the taxpayer.

Taxpayer owed over $150,000 in back taxes, penalties and interest.  A settlement was obtained for approximately $35,000.

Client was ready to settle with the IRS for $30,000.  After a tax account review we discovered that the Statute was about to expire.  The taxpayer did not pay the IRS a dime!
